Welcome to The Therapy Chair My name is Sarah and as a fully trained counsellor, my role is to support you through any challenges that you may be facing by providing a confidential safe space and offering you a warm empathetic and non-judgmental counselling relationship, where I will focus on helping you to move forward and grow as an individual. I am here to help you get your life back on track and see the world through new eyes as the best version of yourself you can be.

About me and my practice

After going through a messy divorce, I wanted to understand and learn about myself, the good and the bad,I didnt recognise who I was anymore, I had lost me. I embarked on a three year counselling course, and then set up my own private practice. This has been up and running for three years now, I found helping and supporting people so rewarding, seeing my clients flourish to become the best version of themselves is incredible.

People are unique because of their life experiences, upbringing, social, religious and cultural identity, personality, abilities and skills. I take all of this into account with each of my clients, and use an Integrative approach that allows me to listen, gather information and provide guided feedback that will steer you on the path towards positive growth
